CARPET CLEANING

We use the Steam Cleaning System, the cleaning method nearly all carpet manufacturers and carpet fiber producers recommend.

This is the only cleaning method classified as "deep cleaning". All the others are considered "light surface cleaning" because they are incapable of removing soil deep in the pile. Also, all other methods leave large amounts of cleaning agent in the carpet after cleaning.

This system is frequently called "steam" cleaning due to the fine spray of water used to force dirt out of the carpet which is sucked up by the vacuum slot immediately in front of the spray. This process consists of spraying a solution of water and detergent into the carpet pile and recovering the water and soil with a powerful vacuum into a holding tank.

STAIN TREATMENT

We tackle ordinary and difficult stains with our wide range of professional chemicals www.prochem.co.uk and expertise. A word of advice, please remember to treat stains while they are fresh. Most stains can be removed with a clean towel and some washing machine soap. Please give us a ring for any advice or to make an appointment. And remember that old stains are very difficult to remove even for specialists. Charges are straight forward as we charge for cleaning by the square meter.

UPHOLSTERY AND CURTAINS

Upholstery cleaning requires experience, skill and expertise. All our operators are fully qualified and have been trained by Europe's leading chemicals and machines manufacturer Prochem Europe ltd. Before carrying out any cleaning we would advise on the best method to use and the likely result. We feel that the key to quality upholstery cleaning is to choose the right method to use in the first place. This choice will depend upon the fabric type, upholstery construction and the levels of soiling.

Upholstery can be cleaned on your premises using either the wet cleaning or dry cleaning. Wet Cleaning involves using hot water extraction equipment or hand washing techniques. This is suitable for cotton and other washable natural and synthetic fabrics. The Dry Cleaning method involves using commercial dry cleaning equipment and Percloroethylene. This is suitable for loose covers and heavily soiled, water sensitive, fabrics.

Similarly curtains can also be cleaned in situ, or we can also take your curtains away and have them professionally dry cleaned off site.
